The Reiki Center was created to provide a place for practitioners to practice and continue to learn, as well as a place for people to experience Reiki.
We all go through spiritual, emotional and physical crisis and The Reiki Center is a place that will provide support for those times, in person, and through distance healing.
The journey of studying and practicing Reiki can open a person to their spiritual/inner work to a very deep and important level. We provide a place for practitioners to practice and continue to learn, as well as a place for people to experience Reiki.
At The Reiki Center, practitioners gather for long distance Reiki sessions – like a prayer line, people call and request Reiki, and when we get together in group to send Reiki, the intentions of the group strengthens our prayers.

— A Bit about Reiki —
Reiki is one of the most ancient healing methods known to mankind. It originated in Tibet 2,500 years ago and was rediscovered in the nineteenth century by a Japanese monk, Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is a time honored, sacred method of bringing balance and harmony to the body, mind, and the soul. It operates on the physical, mental and spiritual levels and acts as a connection with the ever-flowing light energy of the universe.
Reiki is a natural and simple healing method which allows you to absorb more life force energy. This natural healing energy flows in a powerful and concentrated form through the hands of a Reiki giver. The energy will find the level where the problem exists, not just the area under the healer’s hands. People have many different reactions during a treatment depending on their needs. Reiki is not harmful in anyway, in fact the one benefit everyone comments on is how relaxing it is. It also benefits in many other ways.
